We have a new service that you’re going to want to take a sip of.  Ok, that was a corny play on words, but seriously: if you travel abroad with a smart phone, tablet computer, netbook or laptop, we have good news!  

By downloading a SIP application and simply entering your StanaCard account information, you will be well on your way to cheap and easy calling with very little fuss.

There is more!  From now until the end of December, calls to the USA are FREE!  So now if you were planning on going out of the country for the holidays, calling home will be simple and hassle-free.  Instead of hustling around town trying to find an Internet café or trying to decipher phone card instructions, use StanaCard wherever you are!

Rate Decrease to Algeria!

Sahara Camels travel slowly, but word does not, and word on the street is that StanaCard has dropped its rates to Algeria! The new rates are 7.90¢ for landlines and 24.90¢ for mobile. That’s a 15% rate decrease!


Now a $5 credit will let you talk up to 63 minutes! That’s almost 50% cheaper than Skype and -- unlike Skype and most calling cards -- we charge absolutely no connection fees.  You pay only for what you use.

Now, for cheaper than ever, you can call home to get that perfect couscous recipe or catch up on football statistics.  Les Fennecs (The Desert Foxes) are still coming off of a World Cup high, you know.  It was their highest-ranking year to date.
