StanaCard for Google Voice

For those of you who have signed up for Google Voice but are disappointed by their lack of an international call forwarding service, StanaCard has the answer. You can now combine the two services by using your Google Voice number with our International Call Forwarding program. To do this, follow these three easy steps:

1. Enter your Google Voice number as a Registered Number on your StanaCard account.
2. While still in your StanaCard account, make a local SmartDial number for your home country cell phone, or whichever phone is near you at the moment (temporarily).
•For example, if you live in Manhattan and have cell phone number 212-555-1234, you would enter that, and choose a SmartDial number in the same area code, such as 212-555-5555. This may seem strange at the moment, but it is a very necessary step because Google Voice makes you verify your phone number.
3. Add the new StanaCard SmartDial as a number to forward to in your Google Voice account
•Log into your Google Voice account, go to settings, and click "Add another phone." You will then add your new SmartDial number, e.g. 212-555-5555, so that anytime someone calls your Google Voice number (e.g. 212-123-4567), it will forward to the SmartDial number. ***NOTE:With Google Voice, you will have to verify this phone number by entering a code when Google calls it. This is why you made the StanaCard SmartDial forward to your home country cell phone. When Google Voice system calls you, answer the phone and add your code, like you have to when adding any number to Google Voice.
4. Your Google Voice number will now forward calls to your SmartDial number. Now, when you get to your destination country, you need to log in to you StanaCard account and change your newly made SmartDial, so that it forwards to your new international number instead of your home country phone number.
•Once you are logged into your account go to your SmartDial numbers and click the edit link next to the newly created SmartDial. Simply change (212-555-1234) to the correct international number you would like your calls to be forwarded to. People can now reach you internationally by simply dialing your regular local number, as our service will seamlessly forward the call to your new international number. No one even needs to know you are abroad. Friends and family can call you internationally for FREE and you will only pay StanaCard's low rates. You will never have to pay ridiculous roaming charges or hidden fees again! Do not forget to tell any friends who use Google Voice about our call forwarding, because with our referral program everyone wins. If your friend purchases $10 then they get an additional $10 and you get the same.
