Where's My Pin Code?

Hey Guys,
Welcome to StanaCard’s first blog post. My Name is Autumn and I am a part of StanaCard’s fabulous Support Team. I figured I would start the first blog off with a question I frequently receive from our customers. “Where is my 14 digit pin code?”. This is a very good question and I am going to use this time to help you figure out where you pin code is located or why you have not yet received one.
If you have already made your first call from one of your registered numbers then you pin is located on the bottom left hand corner of your account page. This is what you will see:
Your PIN code(s):
91044567259465
91047707529295
If you do not see this on your page it means that you have not made your first phone call yet. I know a lot of you guys are trying to make your first phone call and the system is already asking you for your 14 digit pin code, don’t worry I am here to help.

Our system works on your phones caller id. So if your caller ID is unavailable then our system does not recognize your phone, so it’s asking for some identification, which is the pin code. There is a way that you can check to see if you phone is blocked.
1. Call (434)336-4137
2. Write down the number the prompt gives you.
3. Log in to your account and make sure that this is the number you have listed under registered numbers.
4. If it is not then click add new number and add the correct number.
Don’t worry, you do not need to change it, just add the new one.
If you see that your caller ID is unavailable then all you need to do it press *82 before you enter the smartdial number. You can save this on your cell phone as *82xxx-xxxx. So you will not have to press the *82 each time you make a call.
After you have tried all these things and nothing seems to be working give us a shout out and we will be more than happy to help. Just make sure you mention our blog and send us the number that was given in the email you send so we will know not to send you the same information.
Well thanks again for reading our very first blog. I hope you have found it useful. We will be writing more of these so keep asking questions and giving us your feedback.

Happy Calling
