How to Make Calls from a Non-Registered Number

Making unexpected phone calls are a part of life. You go to a relative’s house and you need to call long distance, or you are out on the town but have to call home. StanaCard makes it so you can easily call long distance and use your StanaCard account anywhere.

Once you have made your first phone call, StanaCard sends you your personal 14 digit pin code. This is what you will be using to make your calls when you call from a non-registered number. Do not give this number out to anyone

1. You dial any smartdial or access number from any phone (please remember if the phone you are dialing from is registered on a StanaCard account then you will not be able to make a phone call) the prompt will ask you to enter your 14 digit pin code if you are calling your SmartDial number.
2 If you are calling an Access number than you will be asked to enter your destination number plus your 14 digit pin code.
3. Then you will be connected to your party and your StanaCard account will be billed accordingly.

If you would like to make a call to a number that is not one of your smartdial numbers than the process is the same. Dial one of our access numbers and use your 14 digit pin code.

I hope this helps guys. Happy Calling
