1. Credit Cards
The first very important issue when it comes to credit cards is this: Please remember you are not allowed to use a credit card that does not have the account bearers name on it. A few things can occur when this happens. Your account will be blocked and you will be unable to make a call, and also you have violated our terms and conditions and your account could be terminated. We love our customers so we do not want this to happen. So please, even if you friend gives you the ok, do not use a credit card that does not have your name on it.
Ok since I got that over with let’s start making changes to your account.
1. Log into your account
2. Click the BLUE increase your limit button
3. Scroll down and click the increase balance button
4. Then change or add your new credit card information
5. Then hit submit
2. Email/ Password
1. Login to your account
2. Click the account setup link under the blue banner on your home page
3. Scroll down
4. Here you will find where you can change your email address just in case it’s changed and your password.
3. Automatic Recharge/Other Calling Options
1. Login to your account
2. Click the account setup link under the blue banner on your home page
You can make other calling changes through the same link as the email/ password change. Just scroll down and read carefully.
4. Registered/Smartdial Numbers
1. Login to your account
2. Click the add/change number tab under the appropriate box
3. With a registered number, you cannot change, but you can add a new number. We do not allow our customers to add a number that does not belong to them. So there is no real need to delete the number. If your number has changed or is no longer in service don’t worry. Again just add the new one and leave the old one on your account.
4. With a smartdial number, you can click the edit button and change the name and number that you are calling to. So if the international friend has changed their number you can easily keep the smartdial number assigned and change the international number it goes to.
5. If you need to change the smartdial number than simply delete the number on file and add it again. This will give you the option to generate a new smartdial number.
