Rumor has it that in Uganda, there is a world of riches hidden underneath Lake Albert. In order to get there, you place two eggs in a basket, place the basket in the lake, then climb inside the basket and sink with it to the bottom. If you bring a friend, you can sell their body to the lake-dwellers for money, and you can use the money at the shopping malls under the lake.
Maybe that’s true, and maybe it isn’t. But we have a definite truth here at StanaCard: constant rate decreases! As of now, you can call Uganda for 14.49 cents per minute. That is a 13% decrease for landlines, 9% decrease for mobile phones, and 5 cents less than Skype’s current rate. Totally the truth! Totally amazing.
