How Many Cell Phones Do YOU Have?

Mashable recently posted a really interesting graph depicting all sorts of statistics about cell phone usage all over the world.

So, how many cell phones do you have?  According to this graph, if you are in Estonia or UAE, you should have at least two.  Assuming that not every single person in these places has even one (most children don't, or they shouldn't) this means that some people have three or four!  I've always been confused by people who had more than one, even if it was for work.  What's the point?  Just join the accounts and let work pay for it!

As for the Smartphone statistics, it's interesting to see that Blackberry is still holding onto the biggest piece of the pie.  What is more surprising, or was, rather, was to see a person on the subway this morning with an old flip phone.  I guess that now, in the age of the smart phone, everything else looks ancient.

How much do you text?  Apparently a lot, because there are over 5 BILLION texts sent per day!  Can you do it blindfolded?  50% of teens can.  This statistic made me think that we don't talk enough anymore.  Or maybe it was just my mom asking me to call more often.  Regardless, Americans use 6.1 billion minutes per day.  Rest assured, mothers.

Some people text while eating, using the bathroom, or even having sex.  Of course, another statistic says whether the general public find that acceptable or not.  How do you feel about it?  Do you take your phone everywhere... literally?  No judgments, of course!
